Return and Refund Policy

AlfaRetro UK Ltd will not be obliged to accept the return of any goods ordered by a customer without the customer contacting us first.

All orders that have been supplied correctly and returned due to customer ordering incorrectly will incur a minimum 25% handling charge.

Goods ordered incorrectly by the customer must be returned in the original package, carriage paid within 28 days of the order date for inspection by AlfaRetro UK Ltd or the manufacturer if reported faulty.
